The interaction of young leaders with the team, strategic thinking skills, and the level of psychological adaptation are of great importance in the decision-making process. The study examines psychological factors affecting the formation of coping-strategies, including personal motivation, leadership skills, social roles, and group dynamics. The mechanisms of the formation and development of the personal structure of young people in leadership activities are also studied.</em></p>
